His room was so big and beautiful.

Er blieb' bei uns bis in die Nacht
Mein Vater hat ihn heimgebracht
Da sah der kleine Junge traurig aus
Dann kam der Junge jeden Tag.
Auf einmal trafs ihn wie ein Schlag
Als wir ihn sagten, heute fahrn wir fort
Er hielt sich fest an meiner Hand.
Da stand er da am Strassenrand.
Er weinte nur und sagte nicht ein Wort.
