Welcome to this new and improved web site dedicated to the best music since the Beatles. Steven Patrick Morrissey was the lead singer of The Smiths, who included the inspirational Johnny Marr (guitars and piano), Andy Rourke (bass guitar) and Mike Joyce (Percussion).
When the band split, due to indifferences between Marr and Morrissey, Morrissey began his solo career. His music changed from being based on subject to being based arguably on his own despair. His music still remained inspirational, and although his chart success was not as frequent as that with The Smiths, his music is recognised worldwide.
