Although I have no genealogical information about
him, he represents one of two mentions of an Anicii
clan using the name 'Gallus.' This may mean that he
was related to the L. Anicius L. f. Ln. Gallus who
served as consul in 160 BC. However, this is
admittedly merely speculation as it is true that over
a hundred years seperate these two persons.
