SCOUT

Scout was born 6 Dec. 1993, and is a spayed female Black and Tan Bloodhound. I got her from Walt Partin and Brenda Howard (BlooMoon Bloodhounds in TX). She is being trained for obedience, Mantrailing and Decomp/ cadaver work. She is my very special girl. Scout survived Gastric Torsion on 15 Feb. 2000 and is back to work as of 17 March 2000.

BO

Bo came from a pet store originally, a product of the puppy mill industry. He was born in 1996, and was a neutered male Black and Tan Bloodhound. He was no longer trained for Mantrailing due to being treated for what presents as Episodic Dysfunction Syndrome. Bo Diddley died of Bloat in Jan. 2000. He was purchased from PETLAND. You should call their 800 number and tell them your thoughts about the defective dogs that they sell. 800-221-5935. I wrote to them and asked if they'd cover my medical bills relating to the deadly attack from Bo Diddley. Check back to read their response! As of a year later (3/17/00), they have declined to respond. Gee... pet stores not concerned about the products they sell??? What a shocker! Guess I can't sue them for the permanent nerve damage in my hand, nor the scars on my body either? Well, THANKS, PETLAND PET STORES! Get some decency and respond! PETLAND PET STORES SUCK AS A PLACE TO GET DOGS!!! THEIR DOGS COULD KILL YOU!!!! They don't care if what they sell rips you apart and puts you out of work for 5 weeks. They don't care if your child is in danger from their product! Don't buy from PETLAND Pet stores! NEVER EVER!! YOU COULD BE MAIMED LIKE I WAS!! PETLAND pet stores should have the decency to respond to my allegations, but they don't. Do you know why??? THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!! So when you buy from them, assume that your new dog will have a defect that will either kill your dog or you. Pretty simple. PETLAND SELLS CRAPPY QUALITY DOGS!!

MAX

Max with ex-hubby #1 Max was born in 1989, and is a neutered male black Mini Poodle. He was bought from a puppy broker, who gets her puppies from puppy mills. He has Epilepsy, and terrible dental health. He's obedience trained and does therapy visits to nursing homes. His favorite past-time is showing off all his tricks, in and out of the obedience show ring.

HARLEY

Harley was born in 1991 and acquired from a pet store because I felt sorry for her in a little cage. I didn't know better then, but I know better now. She has just recently discovered her abilities as a herding dog.

DAMIAN

Damian was born in 1992, and is a neutered male Rottweiler that I bought from a quality breeder for personal protection. He comes from OFA checked and Schutzhund lines. He is not a pet, rather a valuable tool, and he performs his duties with zeal.
