"Mel, we need to talk." Scott repeated. Melanie was really nervous as Scott started talking. "Mel have you been cheating on me?" Scott asked. It took a second for Melanie to realize that Scott wasn't going to dump her. Another second and she realized that he was asking her if she was cheating! "Scott how could you accuse me of cheating! You know I love you." Melanie started getting angry. "I didn't accuse you of anything Mel. I just asked a simple question!" "Yeah but the question you asked means you don't trust me." Melanie was hurt that her boyfriend could possibly think she'd cheat on him. "Sorry Mel but you aren't around when I always call your house your sister says she has no idea where you are and when I come by your house your never home." "I've had enough of this!" Melanie was furious. "If one of us is cheating it's probably you." "What the hell are you talking about?" Scott asked. "You're always flirting with that new girl." Melanie accused. "No way!" Scott Said."Don’t tell me that. I've seen how you look at her." Melanie said. "I can't stand it anymore!" she added. "If we can't trust each other maybe we should just break up." She couldn't believe what she was saying. "Maybe you're right." Scott said furiously and walked away. Melanie couldn't believe what she had just done. She'd dumped Scott! At least she was the dumper not the dumpee. She started to cry and ran to her car, got in and drove home.

I can't believe we broke up
Scott couldn't believe he and Mel had broken up. They had been together for 2 years. He loved her and just wanted to know what was going on in her life. He couldn't believe she had accused him of cheating. Sure he had been a little attracted to Steph but he'd gotten over it. He loved Mel and he thought nothing could keep them apart. "I guess I was wrong." He said to himself. "wow you must be real desperate, talking to yourself." Said a voice behind him. Scott turned around and saw Steph standing there. He was embarrassed being caught talking to himself but glad Steph was there. He looked at her. She looked so beautiful standing there. Her green eyes sparkled and she was wearing a very short tight black dress. "So why are you talking to yourself, did something bad happen? I always talk to myself when something bad happens." Steph said. "You really wanna know?" Scott asked. "I really wanna know." She said. "Ok I broke up with Mel." "You what???You’ve got to be kidding." Steph said. "I broke up with Mel." Scott repeated. "Yeah I got that part but why? You two were perfect for each other.” Steph said. "We had this stupid fight. I asked her if she was cheating and she got all mad and accused me of cheating on her. And with you!" Scott felt he shouldn't have said that last part. "Scott you should never ask a girl if she's cheating on you for one thing. And with me! Is she crazy or what? I barely know you." Steph said. "I know isn't that weird?" Scott said. Suddenly he felt an incredible urge to kiss her. He knew he shouldn't or Mel would be right. "Listen Steph, I have to go now." He said afraid that if he stayed something would happen between them. He walked away.
Sean
This is perfect
Sean was in heaven. He couldn't believe Jacqui was actually dancing with him. He’d had a crush on her for practically forever. He had no trouble getting girls but Jacqui was the only one he wanted. She was so nice and gorgeous. He never thought she'd go for a guy like him. They'd already danced 6 dances and Sean was tired. He guessed Jacqui was too. "Let’s go outside for a while." Sean suggested. "Sure." Jacqui agreed. They went outside and sat down on a bench. "I'm so tired." Jacqui said. "Me too. I don't usually dance at all." Sean said. "Do you have a boyfriend?" he blurted out. Jacqui looked shocked at the sudden question. "Not at the moment." she answered him. "What about you?" Sean moved closer to her, cupped her face in his hands and gave her a gentle kiss on the lips. "Does that answer your question?" he asked. "It certainly does." Said Jacqui kissing him back.
Nikki
The going away party
Nikki was having a fantastic time at the surprise party her friends Cheree and Myra had thrown for her. All her friends were there and the music was great. She was leaving for England the day after tomorrow and she wanted to enjoy every minute she had left in Florida. She knew she would be happy in England but a part of her would always miss Florida and all her friends there. "Nikki, let’s go talk outside. Things are too noisy here." Said her boyfriend Ricky who was dancing with her. "Ok." Nikki followed him outside. "Nik, I know we’ve pretty much avoided this subject but you're going away in 2 days and we haven't talked about what will happen with us." Ricky said. Nikki had dreaded this moment. She didn't want to break up with Ricky, but she also knew that long distance relationships never worked. "I don't mind. Whatever you decide will be fine with me." Ricky said. That made it a lot easier for Nikki. "I know a long distance relationship would never work out so I thought we could maybe just stay friends." "Yeah I was sorta thinking the same. You'll probably meet tons of new guys and forget all about me." Ricky said. "I'll never forget you." Nikki leaned over to kiss him. "Hey what are you doing out here Nikki? Everyone is looking for you." Cheree was standing at the door. "Just give me a minute Cher." "Sure." Cheree went back inside and left Nikki and Ricky alone. "I guess this is it." Nikki said giving him a quick kiss and going inside. "Nikki where were you?" asked Shane one of her friends. "Just outside." She told him.
