With the use of this spell, a new plane of existence is created out of the void. The creator of this plane is the supreme ruler thereof. This plane is a place of nonexistence, that is, anything can happen but nothing has. The possibility for life is there but the seeds have not been introduced. For life to achieve a foothold, an amount of it must be brought from the Prime Material Plane. Such a new plane of existence requires great concentration by its creator for the first 500 years of its existence. This concentration precludes any other action except rest and the consumption of food.
