Ok, here's the true form of the fake president Deling. This monster uses Status attacks, so be on your guard. And make sure that you have a healthy supply of cure items for whatever status damage he deals to you. Use any and all GF's for this battle, it's not a tough monster, but it can be a pain in the ass to battle with all of the status changing attacks it does. Again, nothing really special to draw form this boss, no GF's, just different types of magic spells. Enjoy.
