Here is the first floor of the magic guild.

 

...going upstairs will take you here \|/ (where you can buy runes and other magical stuff: air, water, earth, fire, body, mind, and soul runes....air, water, earth, and fire magic staffs and normal battlestaff)

 

going up the ladder will take you to a room full of teleport doors..

each portal takes you to a different magical location.

 

Now going all the way back to the first floor, and then down a ladder takes you to the basement..

Here you can train on these lvl 25 "target practice zombies".

you can mage them, range them, or even hop in with hand to hand combat.
