Before our performance, our Luau Band was rushing to get ready to make this performance be great!  Here David Miyasaki is caught in movement.  Brandon puts on a magical shirt in the background.
"Look there's a flying tuba!"  "Play or else something will happen to David!"  Jenni and Caryn engage in some light-hearted (ahem) banter before the performance.  "Getting the jitters" (more like "trying to get out of performing") was a common occurrance among the band members, but everyone pulled through in the end, thanks to our lovely Conductor Caryn.
"Take a picture!  Take a picture!"  In a rush to change the film in my camera to allow for lots of pics of the performance, I urged (and bewildered) Ash, who took this pic of me stressing out trying to get rid of film so I could change the roll!  Notice the magical shirt.
"Aiyeeee!!" said Chiri in response the the click of my camera which Ashley handled with the grace of a...photographer.  Another pic taken trying to get rid of film, but a good pic nevertheless.  "Chiga-chiga-chiri!"
The delights of playing the clarinet include positioning your reed just so on the mouthpiece so that you can produce a beautiful, woodsy tone without squeaking.  I squeaked.
"I wonder why she hasn't taken a picture of me yet," thought Jeri as the camera snapped.  Doesn't she look pretty!  ^_^
"Just take a picture of me already!" I urged in the Trying-to-get-rid-of-film attempt.  Only later on did I realize that the roll of film in my camera was a roll of 36, not 27 as I had originally thought, leaving me with a bunch of random pictures and no pictures of the "dance."
