Active listening is when you allow another person to tell their story
or problem without passing judgments or adding commentary. Your
body language must be facing toward them and make eye contact.
You can let them know what you thought you heard them say to let them
know you have been listening only after they have finished their
story. Their story is uninterrupted so they can delve as deep as
they need to in order to find healing or resolution.
