Calabro Conversion

Episode V: Fight to the Finish!

The hearty reunion of Calabro’s companion in teaching, Mr. Farrell and the some more of the students in his class, brought a tear to Calabro’s eye. Even though they were in big trouble in the “game” of a fight to the death by leader of the alien scum, Li Eclud. Nate was taken into the prison with the others in his bad condition, while another fighter must be chosen to fight. Bryan stood up, walked out of the prison, and shouted “I’m the next to fight, bring it on alien scum bags.” Everyone was nervous; Mike and his gang were in the prison to wait till it was their turn to battle. Nate was in bad shape, he was bleeding a lot from the blow to his shoulder. Caitlin, feeling gracious for his heroic actions, tried to help patch him up with some ripped cloth from her shirt, as she pressed onto the wound, a yellowish light appeared around the area and the bloodied cut was molded into renewed flesh. “Ohh, my god,” Caitlin said, “I had no idea...Well, I found my new ability.”

As Bryan spun out his Mace in combat action ready, he was battle ready, especially with the armor he got from the storage bay. The large door opened, out stepped a normal sized individual, with blue skin and long dark blue hair was tied into a braid which hung to half way behind him, wearing the armor Bryan stole as well as the others. Bryan, being over confident, wasn’t at all worried. Li Eclud announced his name, Nilats. Nilats brushed his bangs behind him, crunched a little bit, charged his internal energy, and screamed in a roar, as his body tripled in size, his muscles maxed out and expanded his average size as his good looks were changed to those of a hideous monster. He rushed forward and gave a powerful punch to Bryan’s face, leaving no chance to defend. Bryan, as quick as possible, attacked with his mace overhead and struck the villain in the back of the head. He fell back in pain, but then got back up in perfect order, except for a little blood, oozing from his head. Bryan made the next attack, while he was open, as he concentrated his power to mutate his arms into Miniguns!

Now, “armed” and dangerous his flesh colored weapon of destruction began to spit out bullet rounds at Nilats. He avoided those shots easily, though not making any motion to attack, for he would surely get hurt. Finally, he boldly made an attempt to attack him. He teleported in front of Bryan to knock him down, but Bryan, stopped shooting and before Nilats could strike him, Bryan head butted him in the head, and poked his mini-guns into his stomach and fired into him. Nilats was being punctured by the bullets and flew back. 50 shots later, he landed on his backside, then he flipped back up, a little roughed up, tore off his armor, closed his hands to a fist and charged his energy to create an aura of power. In an instant he fired a large beam at Bryan. “Ahhh!” Bryan shouted, but not before he changed his left hand into a baseball bat, “Batter up!” He shouted as he swung his arm to connect with the beam and nailed the beam screaming back at Nilats, which crashed into his stomach as he fell to the ground, nearly dead. Bryan walked toward his fallen foe, and shouted loud as he mutated his arm to a scythe blade and proceeded to hack the head of Nilats in a smooth stoke. The head rolled, and a victory won for our heroes.

Li Eclud in an angry mood began to speak in the various grunts and growls of his language and flew down to the arena floor. “Who dares to fight me to the death and lose?” asked Li Eclud in an angry roar. “I will!” A voice was heard from the back of the prison, he stepped out to see Ross Carrigan in his armor and his SMGs out. “Well boy, come get some!” said Li Eclud. Ross open fired upon the leader with both automatic rifles. The leader twisted his body back and forth and maneuvered through the shots. His whip-like lower torso stretched to smack Ross in the face, which sent him back and off balance. Ross recoiled from the hit as he grabbed the tail and fired his gun into the tail-like structure of the bugger. The alien screamed in pain as he wildly rocked his body. Then Ross got him down and pounced on top of him and proceeded to punch the living daylights out of Li Eclud. All bloodied and beat up, the creature used all of his strength to knock Ross off of him. Ross, was too much for the manipulative leader and jumped off, and said, “Foolish human, you were lucky to hurt me, while I take my leave, meet my robotic servant, RDF 44.

The large door opened again and a large humanoid robot entered with room, with his bulky arms in ready position and his chrome steel limbs shined a tint for victory. Li Eclud jumped off to his catwalk and fled the room with his three attendants. RDF 44 armed his eight barreled laser cannon and fired upon Ross, who fled to the prison in fear from the large blasts. Caitlin got up and in a very angered mood confronted the android. The bleeping of the RDF 44 made a scan of the girl standing before him; his expressionless face didn’t give any feeling that she no way intimidated him at all. He fired his cannon at her, knowing instant victory for him, for she was human. Caitlin closed her eyes and in deep concentration screamed, which echoed through the room, the blasts were almost ready to hit her when they bounced off randomly almost as if there was an invisible wall which she projected with her mind. Then all the beams that were fired upon Caitlin, as it all flew back into the droid's chest cavity of him, which began to tear away at his titanium body and the final hit caused in explosion. When the dust settled, pieces of the RDF 44 were scattered about in a heap. Caitlin, pleased with her work, panted a little from her triumphant victory. All were standing wide-eyed from the defensive maneuver done by Caitlin. Even the recovered Nate was in disbelief. Then, from the heap moved the upper torso of RDF 44, really beat up and angry to the point of malfunction. Caitlin, nervous and weakened from her battle, tripped as she was trying to escape the droid’s grasp.

Then out of nowhere, a double-bladed axe made impact on the robot’s head, which even divided it into two. RDF 44 fell down and his glowing red eyes, turned off, deactivated. The axe blade, which hit the robot, belonged to another of Calabro’s students...Sean Bastedo. “Wazzup homies?” said Sean in a laid back voice. “Bastedo, you the man.” Calabro said.

“I guess most of the gang is all here, where is Zuk and Andrew or even the other Joe, we have to find them. I bet they are here, I can feel it!” said Gilday. The group agreed as they began to move out from the room, they heard a loud shout for help in the basement area of the prison. After hacking away with the aid of Mike’s chainsaw, the door fell open to reveal, Tara France. “Ohh my god, Tara, your alive?” asked Caitlin. “Yes, would have probably been dead had it not been for you guys, thanks.” answered Tara. And so, Tara joined the Calabro Crew in the next objective...to find Andrew and Joe and any other scholars who wandered onto the ship.
