How does it work?

  • Essential Awareness uses a combination of Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. You will address your underlying belief and behaviour patterns regarding food and weight release, ridding yourself of a lifetime habit of comfort/boredom/reward eating!
  • Through hypnosis your unconscious mind can believe that a gastric band has been fitted, shrinking the size of your stomach so you will only be able to eat small portions of food.

How long does it take?

  • Your band is fitted in just a one hour session

How much work will I have to put in?

  • There is no such thing as a magic wand and fairy dust for weight release; all life changes take input on your part. Just like the actual gastric band you will need to address your habits surrounding food and your relationship with food.
  • If you are currently not exercising then it is advised you contact your GP to understand what a healthy amount of exercise will be for you to take.

What is the cost?

  • £150 Home Visit or £160 Office Visit.  Saving you money as the Hypnotic Gastric Band is far cheaper than the £7,000 the operation could cost you!

How long will it last?

  • For the rest of your life, providing you follow my Hypnotic words.

What happens when I reach my target weight?

  • You band can be slackened off, in a 30min consultation session (cost £45).

Do I need to exercise?

  • Yes, a healthy life style should include a minimum of 30mins exercise 3 times a week.
  • Please consult your GP before taking on a new exercise program.
  • The more you exercise the faster the weight will be released!

How much weight can I lose?
