Well is it just me or did that week take about five years to end? Halloween was fun though. I think the most creative costume i saw was one of our teachers who was this two headed thing. I was a fallen angel, got the wings and all. I had to keep taking them off though since i couldn't sit in a desk and actually fit. This weekend's going to be crazy. Tomorrow Mel's cheerleading back2back games at the Herbert Center and that should take up most of the day, Sunday I'm working my school's open house from 8:30-12. Yeah, 8:30-12...that is pretty early. I'll probably get to nap up some time in the car after that when I go to Concord to have a "family day." Those days is when my mom and her sisters all bring their husbands and kids and we all have lunch or dinner. The parents and grandmother all go drink coffee and joke while all the cousins go off and do their own thing. Jenn and I normally go to Kmart to fart around buying things we don't need like smelly hand lotion, nail polish, or candy with 900 calories a bag. I'm really lucky to have a family that's functional...most of the time, so I have more fun with them in my sweats than getting dressed up to go dancing or something.
I'm reaaaaaaaallllllly excited for next Sunday. My class is having the family mass and Junior Ring ceremony. I"m so excited for my class ring, I know it's stupid, I'm the only one who's excited about it too but I'm going to be so happy once I finally have it on my finger. I got the same cut and style as my parents (who are alumni of my high school) so I'm really excited. My godfather and his wife are going to be there and after that we're all going to Towns End for brunch. (BEST muffins EVER...) The next day is a holiday so MAYBE I'll be lucky enough to sleep in. I just want to catch up on some Zs. I swear I'm never going to party hearty too much...EVER. In college if you ever want to know where I am or you think I'm missing, you can find me in my dorm.
Speaking of being tired. Have you ever been so tired that you're dilerious? I was talking to my friend Alicia (KiKi) and we talk about how sometimes we see things (townsend related) that aren't there. Ok so you HAVE to admit that you were at Safeway or something and you thought you saw Todd in the papergoods isle and when you go to pick up those kleenex boxes that you so desprately need it's some other guy. Or maybe there was that time you were shopping at the mall and you could've SWORN you saw Matt walk into Abercrombie only to find out that it was a different hott guy. And remember that time you followed Ryan into the gym and even went to the women's locker room to check your hair and makeup before you went go see him only to find that you were following a guy named BRyan and not Ryan? Oh and don't tell me that you haven't accidentally bumped into Nick or Dom only to find out that you made some poor guy that wasn't either of them spill his iced coffee all over his white shirt? (Not like ANY of those examples were from experience.)
And these don't even have to be people things. There are times where I look in the phone book to find a place to try with some friends and when I look up Italian resturants in the Yellow pages i see "Restani" but instead it's "Resturante." And my Advanced Algebra Trig book is written by "Dolciani" and my US history book is written by "Todd." And in US history we're studying "Townships" of course I write "Townsend" and when we studied the "Townshend Acts" I spelled it wrong. I even got a penalty on the test. A few friends even got the penalty on their tests too because I've brainwashed them. I swear i think we've ALL been brainwashed.
It's actually sad because it's gotten to the point where I'll sit around class bored out of my mind and when i start to scribble names it's one of the guys' names. Do I put them in hearts? No actually haha...my english teacher says i need to start making acronyms for more useful things. Haha for mitosis it was I Punched Matt And Todd (Interphase, Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telephase) Not like I'd ever punch Matt or Todd...it was just a fun way of rememebring it. A few of my classmates used it too...we were full proofed in Bio that year as far as Mitosis went...or is that stuff Meiosis...well i know the phases if someone asks.
haha ok how many of you can feel that this column this week is going NOWHERE!? I'm so lacking inspiration and I don't know why. Maybe it's writers block. Ok time to pull out the questions from the email box. I have plenty to take up this column since i'm practically never on long enough to check mail.
1) Question: Why are YWTF not Weekly?
Answer: I'm working on the promotional street team for a local record
label and trying to do 3 things at once for that and trying to keep
up my grades since i hated my report card last quarter. So yeah.
2) Whats up with the guys now?
Well if you've been keeping up with tabs thanks to Amy or the Dream
Team, they're working on new material for a full length album and
taking a very well deserved break.
3) So October's past whens the video coming out?
They want to have a full album to have on hand when the video comes
out...hold your horses.
4) Well, whats up with RPCC merchandise?
All on the way you're dealing with two busy girls on two busy
schedules.
5) Have you talked to any of the guys lately?
Um no actually, and I feel like a total jerk for not getting in touch
with them but I will this weekend to see whats up.
6) When's the next Towsend event?
Nothing as of yet.
7) Whats a good way to burn calories? (I seriously got this question)
Um being that I haven't been to my gym in months I don't have a good
answer for you at all but I imagine that running is good. Someone
told me that sex burns the most calories but um....yeah don't try
that unless you're married.
8) So hows the love life?
Haha obviously i must complain about it enough. Good. Thanks. I'll
keep you posted on any developments. I think the only girls that know
about the specifics are Holly and Kaitlyn haha.
Ok that's it for now...i need to go discover some good topic to write about. I need inspiration somewhere.
