OFFICERS FACE OFF AGAINST WIRED BOMBER WHILE CRUZ CONFRONTS SUSPECT WHO HUMILIATED HER -- Davis (Coby Bell) faces down the trigger-fingered biker-bomber who's been trying to blow up Judge Halsted (Oscar nominee/guest star Ann-Margret, "Carnal Knowledge") while Cruz' (Tia Texada) vengeful plan to secretly find the man who sexually assaulted her is shredded when other cops bust the prostitution front where she worked undercover. As Cruz fears being exposed to the whispers of her fellow cops, Doc (Michael Beach) overreacts against fellow paramedic Rossi (guest star Michael Gladis) after his emergency vehicle is struck by a passenger bus. Elsewhere, Sully takes the edge off his icy relationship with the judge, while a recuperating Yokas (Molly Price) reminisces about what her life was like before she became a police officer.
