PARAMEDICS, FIREFIGHTERS WORK AGAINST TIME TO HELP TRAPPED VICTIMS AFTER BUILDING COLLAPSES -- Firefighters, paramedics and police converge on a building that collapses on demolition workers, trapping two brothers-in-law (guest stars J.K. Simmons and David Vadim), and while Doherty (Eddie Cibrian) and Kim (Kim Raver) work feverishly amid the debris, they ignore orders to evacuate -- even though the inevitable final crush is just minutes away. Outside the rubble, paramedic Doc (Michael Beach) massages a victim's heart while Carlos (Anthony Ruivivar) rushes them to the hospital and Officers Yokas (Molly Price) and Bosco (Jason Wiles) clash with a strong-willed TV reporter (guest star Toni Lewis). Earlier, Officers Sullivan (Skipp Sudduth) and Davis (Coby Bell) collar a pint-sized thief (guest star Jade Yorker). Bobby Cannavale also stars.
