DOC CONFRONTS TREACHEROUS FRIEND AND RESPONDS TO FROZEN WOMAN TRAPPED IN ICE -- A betrayed Doc (Michael Beach) angrily confronts an old friend (guest star Michael Rispoli) who tricked him into confiding vital information about the paramedic's pending malpractice suit, but when he responds to an emergency involving a near-comatose old woman trapped in ice, Doc's heroic efforts remind him that his job is worth the legal fight ahead.
