VALENTINE'S DAY YIELDS MORE BULLETS THAN CUPID'S ARROWS -- A Valentine's Day shift begins in a hail of bullets as a mysterious gunman kills several people at a gay wedding and later opens fire at another event in the community, prompting angry militants to accuse Officer Bosco (Jason Wiles) and other police of slowing their investigation due to the victims' sexual persuasion. Romance blossoms between Doc (Michael Beach) and Dr. Morales (Lisa Vidal) -- much to the chagrin of his jealous partner Carlos (Anthony Ruivivar). Meanwhile, Kim (Kim Raver) has second thoughts about her evolving relationship with Bobby (Bobby Cannavale) when he eagerly begins making future plans for them. Officers Sully (Skipp Sudduth) and Davis (Coby Bell) argue over booking two young women who stole a car, and complications erupt when Davis learns that one of them is the sole guardian of a street kid (Jade Yorker) whom he previously rescued. Officer Yokas (Molly Price) has a lousy Valentine's Day as problems with her husband (Chris Bauer) intensify. Eddie Cibrian also stars.
