'THIRD WATCHERS' BATTLE BLACKOUT IN SEASON FINALE -- Officer Sully's (Skipp Sudduth) words of warning to Officer Davis (Coby Bell) prove prophetic during a city-wide power blackout. Meanwhile, Officer Bosco (Jason Wiles) must rely on the help of a drug-bust suspect (guest star J.D. Jackson) to help an injured man and Officer Yokas (Molly Price) is stuck in a broken elevator with husband Fred (Chris Bauer) with unexpectedly serious consequences.
