So here it is: the most unprofessional fanlisting you'll ever see. I went to thefanlistings.org and looked at their requirements for starting a "real" fanlisting through their site, and, well, not happening. Anyone who wants to buy an entire domain name to make a JA fanlisting, let me know; but in the meantime, this will have to suffice. So basically, this is how it works.
You fill out the below form. I will email you back a confirmation and put the information given up on this portion of the site. The codes (those of you who are not fanlisting obsessed: little pictures) are below the form. If you do have a webpage, you can upload one of them to your site (don't direct-link unless you absolutely have to) and use it to link back here.*
