(Nashville, TN) - Butler Pennsylvania resident, Erica Dawn, has recently recorded and completed her first album in Nashville, Tennessee with veteran producer, Robert Metzgar,. The 10 song album features such classic songs as the Kitty Wells classic, Honky Tonk Angels , the Loretta Lynn hit, Don’t Worry About Me ,as well as the unreleased songs ,No Pain, No Gain and Deeper Waters. Regardless of the song, Erica delivers each one in her own unique style.
Erica Dawn, has a classic country sound reminiscent of days gone by. Her producer, Robert Metzgar said, “The first time I heard her sing, I couldn’t believe my ears. If I hadn’t been looking at her, I would have thought it was a young Tammy Wynette .” Though Erica credits Patsy Cline and Stevie Nicks as her influences, she has a sound all of her own. Classic country is what this singer is all about.
The rising new singer felt she was ready to move to the next level and give a professional recording career a try. At twenty years old, she is well on her way. She recorded her album at the recording studio, Chelsea , where many legends have recorded before her. She also completed her first photo shoot with the renowned photographer, Dan Helland.
