Sandwiches (Modern)

Ingredients: 2 sections of corn bread with sandwich sliced on length, without crusts

1/2 lb (225 G) of fresh goat's milk cheese (at the temperature of part)

1/4 packs (60 ml) chopped dried tomatos

C with table (30 ml) of roasted nuts of pine, chopped

4 bleached asparaguses

Preparation: 30 min / Cooking: none

Method:

Mix cheese and dried tomatos and paste the bread sections. Strew with chopped nuts. Place 1 asparagus at the end of the bread sections androll. Wrap of plastic film for holding the roller in place well. Cool at least 12 hours. Develop and slice. Cut the crusts of 4 bread sections and butter them.
