Too Much Attention Worried their Parents Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen, known as the Olsen Twins, share the role of Michelle Tanner on ABC's Full House since they were in the diapers.
That's right, the cute twosome started their career when they were 9 month old. At first they only had a small part, as the little baby. They didn't really get a lot attention at that young age so their parents didn't worry at all. But when Michelle became a little older the twins got so much attention from the media so their parents almost said, "That's it! One more season, then they will have to find another couple to play Michelle."
But Mary-Kate & Ashley loved their TV family and acting was like a game to them, so their parents let the twins decide for themselves. They had two weeks of the set and their family drove up to the mountains. But so soon as they got there Ashley & Mary-Kate asked their mother when they would be back on the set again cause they love it, and that made up Jarnette & David's mind. The twins could stay as long as they want to!! And after 5 years on the show Mary-Kate & Ashley signed a contract with ABC that they would come up with another TV series when Full House get off the air. Right now the Olsen Twins are busy working on Full House but also with their very first album called I am the Cute One. "It is really fun," says Ashley.
Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen only five years old are busy in the show business already. But in a couple of months The Olsen Twins will be busier than ever, making their very first TV movie called "To Grandmothers House We Go" and also another album called "Brother For Sale". And their parents says, "They can quit whenever they want to, but they have never wanted to quit because they love it."
