Eminem's ex has been placed on electronic house arrest in Michigan after missing two court appearances in a cocaine possession case. Kim, 28,will be allowed to leave her Mount Clemens home only for court dates and counseling sessions, Macomb County Circuit Judge Edward Servitto stated. An electronic tether will monitor her movements. Kim also faces misdemeanor charges in Warren of maintaining a drug house.

A judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by a former schoolmate of Em —DeAngelo Bailey sued Em for 1 million for slandering him in the song "Brain Damage." Is it not bad enuff that he had to bully Em in school, but now he wants to take his dough too? Way to go EM!!!

Macomb County Circuit Judge Edward Servitto issued a bench warrant for the Kim Mathers after she failed to turn up for an arraignment on charges of unlawfully possessing two bags of cocaine in her Cadillac Escalade during a routine traffic stop. When her attorney, Michael Smith, called Servitto to say that his client would be unable to attend, the judge then rescheduled the arraignment for the following morning. But again, Miss Kim didn't show.

A 70-year-old grandmother has filed a lawsuit against Eminem and his record labels for allegedly using a clip from a composition by her late husband on a 1999 song. The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court alleges the Grammy-winning rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, used a clip from composer Ronald Stein's 'Pigs Go Home' in his song 'Guilty Conscience' from 'The Slim Shady LP'.

Not that I’m bitter or anything like that," he said. "I’m a better person because I went through it but it was hard at first. Kim Mathers Arrested. She pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a drug charge and two driving violations. She is accused of possession of up to 25 grams of cocaine, driving with a suspended licence and unsafe driving near a stopped emergency vehicle. The drug charge carries a penalty of up to five years in prison.

Eminem's success is a sign that whites will take over hip-hop in the same manner they took over jazz and rock and roll, according to an outspoken North Carolina minister. Reverend Paul Scott says he's worried that the white influence on rap music will weaken the culture. Scott said, "Malcolm X once said that when you have a cup of coffee that is too black and too strong you add cream to make it weak, and the thing that used to wake up now puts you to sleep."
Scott is calling for a new "black power movement" within the hip-hop community and has launched the National Hip-Hop Reformation Campaign. Scott, a 35-year-old Baptist minister, also heads the Durham, North Carolina-based New Righteous Movement. Scott first made headlines a few years back when he protested the image portrayed in Phat Boy Malt Liquor advertising. Scott also once spoke out against CBS for hiring a white actor to play Jesus..

Reports are that Eminem and ex-wife Kim have gotten back together. The Eminem's grandmother, Betty Kresin, told the New York Post that Kim has moved back into Eminem's suburban mansion, saying, "They're back together and I think Marshall is very happy about it. He loves Kim and Hailie, and Kim is the mother of his child. Marshall is a terrific father and very family-oriented. I'm not surprised he'd want that stability."
Eminem and Kim might have gave gotten back together sooner but Kim gave birth five months ago to another man's child and Eminem has been linked to several other women including Mariah Carey and Britney Murphy. Slim was also rumored to have been dating Kim Basinger, but he has denied that rumor.

Eminem filed for divorce from wife Kimberly Mathers in Michigan's Mt. Clemons Macomb Circuit Court on Wednesday.
They were married last summer after living together for years. They separated in June after the Em was arrested for beatin sum dude up for allegedly kissing Kim outside a Detroit-area nightclub. Kim was charged with disturbing the peace in the same incident. A month later she attempted suicide at their Sterling Heights, Mich., home by cutting her wrists

Em's estranged wife Kim Mathers filed suit in the Macomb County (Mich.) Circuit Court seeking $10 million from the him.
Kim Mathers filed her suit on Aug. 21, just five days after Eminem filed for divorce, while Em's seeking joint custody of their daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, the Detroit Free Press reports that Kim is seeking full and permanent custody of the four-year-old girl. The Press also reports that her suit stems from the lyrics of the song "Kim" which portrays Kim Mathers' murder, as well as Eminem's onstage antics which frequently feature an inflatable doll dubbed "Kim." Referring to the Em's antics on the Up in Smoke Tour, Kim Mathers' attorney, Neil Rockind, wrote that Eminem "has included violent and vile acts directed toward an effigy of the wife."

On Thursday a Warren County, Mich., judge ordered Eminem to stand trial on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of a concealed weapon.
Among fans, who come from as many as 800 miles away,(yo can't we just mind our business*l*) Em appeared in the 37th District Court in Macomb and waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Since Em waived his hearing Judge Sherman Faunce ordered that the case proceed. Em's next court appearance will be a September 25th pretrial conference.
Judge Faunce also granted Em's attorney's request that the bond restrictions that have kept him in the United States be eased. He can now travel anywhere in the world, though his attorneys will provide any travel itineraries to the court.
The trial stems from the June 4 nightclub altercation in which Em allegedly whooped sum dudez azz for kissing his wife.

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is still critiscing Em's lyrics with an organized protest outside of the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday Sept. 7 (they just dont quit do they).The protest is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Sixth Avenue and West 51st. street. GLAAD has also taken aim at MTV for promoting Em despite charges of homophobia in his lyrics.

Eminem moved from his Sterling Heights mansion into a gated community in Clinton Township over the weekend and some of his new neighbors are not very happy...oh well deal with it. Em moved into a house in the Manchester Estates, basically to bail from the constant attention of fans and curiousity seekers who kept coming by his home in Sterling Heights. Oh yeah and itz a hot house. You go boy!!!
