"Eve/Livia: What to say? That she's absolutely gorgeous? That she would make an excellent successor to Regent Queen Ephiny as a leader of the Amazon Nation? That parts of her personality are what modern-day women should be? Yes on all accounts. Especially true on the Amazon one, considering she's a princess of the Nation. Whatever one thinks of her conception, Xena definitely passed on the "good looks" genes, so to speak. Eve/Livia is definitely Amazon material - just on the wrong side right now (I'm assuming Rome is still as bad-ass as it was in Xena's earlier days). That can change, provided she hasn't played a role in wiping out all opposition to Imperial Rome.

Adrienne Wilkinson definitely was the right choice for the adult Eve/Livia. Wow. BTW, where's she from? New Zealand? Australia? United States? Canada? My bet is America ... but I'm only playing with Monopoly money."

"I really liked it, it's the old XWP acting and writing, it even makes up for some of the episodes they seemed to have just "thrown together" this season. But I know they had to figure out some way to handle the pregnancy.

But it was kind of sad to see Joxer old, and I figure he was only supposed to be around 30 give or take before, and now he would be maybe mid 50's.....I hope to GOD I don't age that badly!!! I mean people I know now in their 50' don't look that run down.

And I hope they are not planning to hook Gabrielle up with "Virgil," seeing that he shares her love for writing, that would tick some loyal fans off But maybe they are saving him for Livia they can ride off in the sunset, etc..... But this was the way TPTB solved that question, how could X&G continue to travel and do all they did while having a baby along, now they can continue for one more season, hopefully not marrying off Gabrielle to Virgil."

"I thought Livia was awesome. They picked a perfect Livia...she totally had the bad Callisto/Xena thing going on. Her war cry reminded me of Callisto's old scream and her fighting was truly Xena-inspired. Loved it. The actress was terrific...I liked how she played her as a spoiled brat...all I have to say is, perfect. I truly enjoyed the ep...looks like Xena is going back to the old formula: kick ass, and take names later. I, for one, am loving it!

I liked Joxer's son...what a cutie! Looks to me as if Gabrielle was kinda eyeing him throughout the ep...too bad he's destined for Livia.

All in all, awesome ep...loved Xena's face when Ares told her he loved her, in his secretive way. That was slick! She looked mighty surprised!

Truly awesome...Livia ruled. Why do they always put the best eps at the end of the season?!?! They just get me craving more....

Now, everyone repeat after me: 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 Wicked ep....why do the good ones always have to come at the end? Save the best for last..."

"I so loved this ep~ Adrienne is a great fighter! Terrific! I loved the story line! Yea old ass kicking Xena is back!!!!!! I can't wait for next week! Drama again finally. They are making up for months of suckiness…. [Livia's] dark side was very evident. I loved it!!!!
