(Vash about to have fun with B.D.N. and friends.)

Summary: Vash finally leaves Inperil City on the very same sandsteamer that brought Elizabeth in the last episode. One of the workers on the sandsteamer asks Vash if he will "guard" it from a notorious gang in exchange for a better room. Apprently the sandsteamer is heading for the Bad Lad Gang's territory. Vash gets annoyed at being treated differently from the rest of the passengers and says no. He heads off to the bathroom.

As Vash is washing his hands, the vent above him opens and nails him directly in the face. A little boy named Kaite, (Who I think looks exactly like Meryl.), says sorry and disappears back inside. Enraged, Vash breaks through the vent and pulls the screaming kid out. Kaite begins to cry and begs Vash not to turn him in as a stow-away becuz he is running from his abusive family. The story is obviously fake, but Vash breaks down in tears and promises to take care of Kaite until they get off the sandsteamer. Kaite can't actual believe someone was dumb enough to fall for his stupid story.

In his room, (Vash has taken the nice bigger room he was offered earilier.), Vash and Kaite are eating until my poor Vashy mysteriously passes out. Kaite holds up a blue veil and apologizes to Vash's sleeping body. Outside several bright green and yellow lights appear on the horizon. The Bad Lad gang, led by a huge cowboy-looking guy named Brillant Dynamites Neon, breaks into the sandsteamer when Kaite gives the signal.

Back in his room, Vash is dreaming about his past. We get to see a woman with long black hair surrounded by red flower petals, shes humming some kind of song. Vash falls underneath his bed and wakes up screaming: "Rem Rem REM!!" When he calms down, one of B.D.N's henchmen opens his door, but since Vash fell behind the bed the guy doesn't see him.

Up in the control room B.D.N. is argueing with the guy who steers the sandsteamer. Neon wants to drop the sandsteamer off of a cliff in order to break open the safe inside. He ends up shooting the guy when he gets angry. Kaite appears and Neon asks him if he can steer the steamer. Kaite admits that it's his father's steamer and he can, but refuses when he realizes wut B.D.N. wants to do with it. Feeling Kaite has outlived his usefulness, B.D.N. places his gun into the kid's mouth. Vash appears behind him, rescues Katie, and ends up getting knocked out the window. We last see him and Kaite clinging for their lives on the outside of the sandsteamer...

Inside M&M, (Who've been working as cashier's on the steamer becuz they had no money.), trap two of B.D.N.'s henchmen in a storage room. Meanwhile upstairs, B.D.N. is holding a woman at gunpoint and threatening to kill her if the captain of the ship doesn't steer for him. Reluctantly, the guy does it. To Be Continued...

Best Moment: When Kaite nails Vash directly in the face with the vent door, and Vash busts through the other side in order to catch him. ^-^

Worst Moment: When B.D.N. shoots the controller of the sandsteamer. I feel so bad for him!!!!

I dunno.. this episode just seems a little boring. B.D.N. could of been made a lot cooler of a character. Those cylinder things on his shoulders, wtf is up with that!? I know they power his suit and all, but yeesh....
