(Vash about to Kick Some Nebraska Family A$$.)

Summary: This episode starts with a little kid named Tonis, (Who has the same voice as Jim from Outlaw Star ^-^), begging his Mom to buy him a real gun. He has a little toy gun that shoots suction-cup type dart thingy's in his hand. Across from Tonis and his Mom, is Vash who is minding his own business, and enjoying pancakes. ^-^ As usual, a bunch of thugs burst into the place and shoot it up trying to claim Vash's $$60,000,000,000 dollar reward. When the smoke clears from their bullets, Tonis is crying and Vash is lying in a pool of "blood." The idiots start celebrateing and claim how their going to fix up the restaurant. Vash instantly pops up and asks them : "Really!?" When one thug demands to know how he is alive, Vash simply remarks about how he spilled his tomatoe juice on himself. The bad guys go to try and shoot him again, only to realize they have no bullets left. For some odd reason, Vash takes almost all their clothes and sends them on their way. A few seconds later, Vash is eating more pancakes and talking to some "friendly" guy. The guy asks him if he is really Vash the Stampede and then points a gun at his face along with the waitress behind Vash....

Maybe a few blocks away, M&M are sitting on top of a metal beam-dealy looking for signs of trouble. An explosion causes them both to parachute to the ground and run deeper into town. Once there, they see what a madhouse it's become. People are running around with guns everywhere trying to catch Vash. (He easily got away from his two captives earlier, was there any doubt?) Meryl tries to get people to stop, but it takes a message over the loudspeaker telling everyone to: "Temporarily stop pursit of Vash the Stampede and head to base." to get anyone to listen. Meryl follows the crowd and demands to the Mayor that he make everyone stop. The Mayor, who is a total wuss/idiot, says he wants too but it's to late. It's then that a HUGE muscled man with sunglasses and a steam valve in the back of his head shows up. Becuz he can I guess, he carries his Father around in his front shirt pocket. The little guy in the pocket is Professor Nebraska, and the big'ol guy is his son Gofsef Nebraska. As a last ditch effort, the stupid town Mayor hired them to help catch Vash. Seems the town is dying and needs repairs to what are known as "Plants." (Which in short are sources of energy that power everything.) The town's has been broken for quite some time, and Vash's bounty would cover the costs of repairs very nicely.

Back in the restaurant where everything started, Vash is thanking God he's alive until a bunch of simple housewives take him hostage yet again. One of the women sends her little daughter to tell the Mayor that they caught Vash. Vash tries to guilt trip the ladies that are obviously terrified of him, by asking them how they can let their kids see them using guns so freely. The ladies are starting to back off when Gofsef's cannon-like fist cames smashing through the place. No one is hurt, but all the ladies are knocked out, so Vash starts dragging then from the rubble. As he's moving them to safety, Professor Nebraska taunts Vash claiming he had to have killed someone in his lifetime becuz his $$60,000,000,000 dollar bounty is proof of it. Finally tired of talking, Prof.Nebraska has Gofsef fire his spinning fist directly at the pile of unconcious women. In slow-motion, Vash fires five bullets straight into Gofsef's fist and uses the 6th one to knock him over. (The bullets made the fist go off course and away from the women.) With his son defeated, Prof.Nebraska points a long-arse gun at Vash, only to get a face full of rubber darts courtesy of Tonis's toy gun. ^-^ The town uses the $$700,000 dollar bounty on the Nebraska Family to pay for the repairs, Meryl finally realizes that the dork in the red coat is the real Humanoid Typhoon, and Vash gets to shout "Love & Peace!!", over and over until the episode ends....

Best Moment: When Vash draws a little picture on Gofsef Nebraska's Hand. ^0^

Worst Moment: The Nebraska Family. Not only are they lame villians, but the big guy has a steam valve in his head or sumthing, ouch!!

Interesting Fact: I do believe this is the very first episode where we ever get to see Vash fire bullets out of his gun. And not just wack someone in the head with it or sumthing.

I love how Vash still saves the town even though they tried to kill him. Did they honestly think they could handle Vash the Stampede? *Laughes* Maybe if the Nebraska Family was a little cooler I'd given it 3 stars. ^-^
