(Vash and Wolfwood in the process of getting smashed. ^0^)

Summary: Vash wakes says a little speech about Love & Peace, and cooks himself some eggs. Some children call out and ask him to play, so of course Vash does it. A pretty woman walks by carrying some groceries and Vash flings himself infront of her. (Staining himself with some tomato juice to make it look like he's hurt.) He claims the woman looks like his long lost girlfriend. Poor Vashy makes a pass at her, but she blows him off. (Biatch.) The kids start complaining that that was the 10th woman today that blew Vash off. Vash simply says they need a new plan. He spots a kid walking by himself, named Neil, and asks him to come play. Neil takes one look at them all, and without a word walks off. Vash follows him and asks if he can eat at the restaurant his family owns. Neil calmly tells Vash that he doesn't give free hand-outs, but if Vash is paying customer he can come on one conditon. No hitting on his Mom. (Lol.)

Vash enters the place and is greeted by Neil's pretty Mom and a surprise. Wolfwood!! Apprently, Wolfwood is working for free behind the counter becuz Neil's Father has skipped town and left a lot of debt on his Wife's shoulders. Loan sharks are after her, so Wolfwood is sort of a form of protection. (And he has a crush on Neil's Mom.) Wolfwood happily tells Vash they're having a Quick-Draw contest in town, and he signed Vash up without permission. ^-^ He wants Vash to win the contest, and use the money to pay of Neil's parents debts. Vash wanting to help, reluctantly agrees...

That night, one of the people running the Quick-Draw contest shows the Mayor that "Vash the Stampede" has signed up. The Mayor passes it off as someone trying to get attention and says to keep an eye on him. Over at the hotel, Wolfwood offers Vash some alchol that Neil's Mom gave him as a thank you. Vash happily accepts and is soon pretty wasted. (But not half as wasted as Millie gets. ^-^)

The next morning Wolfwood has to basically drag Vash to the Quick-Draw contest. (I told you he got wasted.) During the first round contestants have to hit five beer bottles with their guns. Vash wants to miss some, (So he won't stand out so much.), but becuz of his hangover hits all the bottles. Vash stumbles back to his seat and informs Wolfwood that he signed him up the night before to double their chances of winning. Wolfwood gets angry, but shoots all his bottles anyway. In the second round the remaining contestants have to duel. Vash of course didn't realize this and refuses to kill anyone else, or let them be killed. His first oppenent actually tries to cheat, but Vash hits him in the shoulder anyway. Vash and Wolfwood breeze through the rest of the competition, (Not killing anyone.), until they have to face each other.

Wolfwood attempts to back out, but the Mayor tells him its not a good idea. He carefully points to a window where Neil and his Mom are being hidden at gunpoint. He says he'll let them go unharmed if Wolfwood can kill Vash. He'll even share the $$60 billion dollar reward with him. (How generous!!) Wolfwood agrees of course, and walks out to face Vash.

While M&M freak out, the two face off. After some talking, (Where Wolfwood explains whats going on to Vash.), they end up shooting each other. Both lay in puddles of blood as dozens of gunmen hired by the Mayor appear. The Mayor starts bragging about how rich he is and how he doesn't have to share now that Wolfwood is dead. But of course both men get up, revealing they merely stained themselves with tomato juice. (You didn't really think they were dead did you!?) The gunmen start firing and Wolfwood has Millie shoot his Cross over to him. He pulls off the black belt to revel a whole lot of guns. (And I do mean a lot.) Vash orders Wolfwood not to kill anyone, and ducks as lots of bullets fly from everywhere.

When the dust clears, all the gunmen are injured. (None are dead.) And Vash is complaining about all the bloodshed. Wolfwood and Vash are given there prize, and Neil's Mom's debt is paid off. At the end of the episode Wolfwood is outside being tortured by the children while Vash helps Neil's Mom inside. Neil suddenly comes running in screaming that his Dad has come back. (The bum came back cuz his debt was paid off.) Brokenhearted, Vash walks back outside to join Wolfwood in being tormented by the children...

Best Moment: When Vash & Co are getting wasted. ^0^ *Drools*

Worst Moment: When Wolfwood's screaming about how he won't let anymore children suffer. Huh? Who besides Neil is in trouble?

This is a cute episode made mostly to show the friendship between Wolfwood and Vash growing. What can I say, it's a lot better then the one with B.D.N. in it. ^-^
