Appears in: Episode 12: Diablo, Episode 13: Vash the Stampede

Story: Monev the Gale is a HUGE man whose done nothing but train to kill Vash for 20 years. He was imprisoned by Knives, and promised his freedom only if he can destroy Vash. Monev shows up in Episode 12 while Vash is locked up in a jail cell for a murder Legato committed. Vash manages to escape from his cell, and attempts to run out of the town so no innocent people will be killed during the fight. Monev however blows up several buildings on his way, throughly pissing Vash off. (Thus causing Monev to call him "Diablo" becuz of his burning eyes.) Insane with rage because of all the innocent people killed, Vash nearly shoots Monev in the face until a flashback of Rem makes him stop. Vash lets Monev go, but the big guy is later killed by that queer Mine the E.G.Mine.

Monev gets 11 stars simply becuz he is my favorite GHG. He's soooooo cool when he has his mask/helmet thingy on. I mean look at his picture up there, how could you not crap your pants!?
