Appears in: Episode 21: Out of Time

Story: A wierd, make that very wierd looking thingy. Hoppered is actually human, but doesn't look it. He attacks Sky City at the same time as Grey the Ninelives, but he fights Vash, not Wolfwood. Hoppered works sort of as a human bullet, using his invincible shield to protect himself. In order to get Vash's attention he kills a lot of people. When Vash asks him why he would do such a thing Hoppered replies: "Becuz your Vash the Stampede." The two fight, and as usual Vash wins, but Hoppered commits suicide by throwing himself into the plant.
