Moe is never used at all, and I have seriously considered getting rid of him. But every time I do, I find a use for him. LOL...

Moe is a stock Ibanez Joe Satriani model (JS700). My problem with the Satriani models is the shape. The bodies are really small, and I was so used to the RG/Jem style of hard corners and bigger bodies that this was too big a change. I have never gotten comfy with Satriani's, but I love the sound. They have a high-pass filter on the volume knobs that allows this beautiful clean sound when they are turned down...

This also a departure because it's a hard-tail. The chords seems to have a harder edge to them and more balls this way though. I have a whammy bar on another Satriani, and this one just slays it for rhythm and chordal work...
