Dorothy is the granddaughter of one of the members of the Romefeller Foundation. After his death, she becomes obsessed with war and "beautiful battles," even while enrolled in Relena Peacecraft's pacifistic school. White Fang uses her to contol the mobile doll army with the zero system. After the gundam pilots, under Quatre's direction, defeat her, Quatre and Dorothy meet and she duels him while he tells her what she wants is peace.
