Douglas McKendrick

I am 15 years old. I have been showing dogs since I was 10 years old. In 1998 I was awarded the Bob McCall trophy for the most accumulated points in the year. I have shown many breeds of dogs, but my love lies with the Terriers because of their personality traits, which often makes it difficult to show them to their best advantage. Because I love a good challenge I now own two lovely Skye Terriers, one of which I have shown to a Best in Show. My love of dogs and dog showing has taken me to many places in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and the USA. I have met many wonderful people who share my love of dogs and the world of dog sports. My ambitions in life are to become a veterinarian and to show one of my Skye's to Best in Show at Westminster or Montgomery
