Sig Move: Smoggy Day

Description: Flareon uses smog to fill the arena with poison vapor. Then he uses his great speed 
(he is KIMONO GIRL TRAINED!) to run circles around the opponent, and they can't really see him good through all that smog. 
Then once they've lost track of him he uses take down on the opponent, catching them by surprise and dealing major damage.

Effect: The poison vapor stays in the arena for a while after this move is used. It is flammable gas!
