Mugen Fighters Guild: Heres' the best web site for finding characters. They don't really have any characters there, but they can send you strat to the sites where the characters are located. And trust me, the one's on their site are usually fully working, buggless, and totally cool.
Elecbyte: With the help of a person who calls himself Messatsu from the mugen fighters guild, I have a better site to go to if you need to download mugen. It's a normal average download, but it works, and it's easy. So if you need mugen, go here.

Yahoo: The best place to look if the Guild doesn't have a link to a character you want go here and type Mugen, and if you want a specific character put they're name in with Mugen.
Angelfire.com: As you can see, this is the place where I keep my site. The only problem is their pics don't link to other sites, but that's what defectives for. But you can use this site to make your own site, store junk you wanna keep safe, what ever. A new note: Angelfire now allows you to link your images stored here to outside sites. If you needed more incentive to get yourself an account here ;)
winzip.com: Go here to get winzip if you don't already have it. I haven't gone there yet, but a friend gave me the link. Tell me what it's like if anyone goes there, ok? Winzip is needed to get most mugen downloads so if you don't have it get it.
Download Winrar: Go here to get winrar if you don't already have it. This is a lesser used form of compression for mugen characters, but many good characters are compressed in this fashion, so download it and download more characters ^.^

Driver Guide: Haven't confirmed this myself, but from what someone by the online name of Ignatiusloyala, this site is the place to go if you need to find vesa drivers. And as most people probably know, the biggest issue with mugen is not having vesa drivers, and thus no being able to play mugen. Well, go here, and you should be able to find these vesa drivers, tell me if it doesn't work out.
