Another of my top pics for characters not to miss. MB-02 is a mutant Sagat with tons of cool moves and other cool extras. I can't say much about him other than he's just plain sick and I'd suggest you get him. His moves are so sick that you'll have to see them to understand, he even has a wanna be psyco crusher ;)
