Backstreet Boys hunk Kevin Richardson is set to make a transition from the recording studios to movie screens.
Kevin has a strong desire to return to acting after spending his youth in theatre productions and says it's just a matter of time before his face is on screens.
He says, "I'm looking for the right script -- in film or television.
"I miss acting. I did a lot of theatre in high school,
and after school I did community theatre. I miss playing a
character that's just totally not me -- the whole process."
Richardson is married to actress Kristin Willits and admits that she has been a slight influence in his wish to act again.
He continues, "I'm really proud of her. She used to be a dancer. She was on Broadway in 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum' with Nathan Lane. Then she was a 'Rockette' for a while.
"She started acting five years ago, and now she's doing
it full time. She's going to be in the film 'Rock Star' with Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston, coming out this fall.
"She's in a commercial for a communications company
right now. That's quite a bit of stuff."
