Brian has just found out he has a little sister, and she's lived in Egypt for almost all of her life. She's really ill, so his parents decide to take her back into the house hold. But she's a mystery. She doesn't talk and her only bond is with Brian. She has to have many tests to find out why she is so ill, and Brian is with her the whole time. Watch as they make the most important decision of their lives.
