(October 1,1971-March 23,2001)This site is dedicated to Amarjit Takhar aka Bobby Takhar and the following are few lines from all of his family. Bobby-a greatly loved great grandson, grandson, son, husband, brother, nephew, uncle and friend. He loved to live and bring joy and happiness into everyone's life he touched and every person here can agree that he accomplished this. There are no words that can justify the pain and void that has been left-but behind every smile going forward there is Bobby. It seemed there was never enough of Bob to go around--- everyone wanted him to be by them. Bob- You were so much larger than life and your example will live on in our memories and actions forever. Years from now, all of us will be telling our children of the greatest uncle, they never knew. Bhaji- a genuine, loving, caring, giving, one-of-a-kind brother who will always be loved. The sweetest, most-caring personality, the life of the party, the leader of the pack, the brother I admire. The older brother who taught us all what it is to smile, laugh, and love life. You told me once to follow the sun and that I would never get lost. You continue to bring warmth and light in our lives, and will always remain our sunlight.
Bobby The best brother in the whole wide world, that always had a joke to tell, always putting a smile on everyone's face and the one who was always there for you when you needed him. You have touched the hearts of many and will never be forgotten. Love you always, your younger bro.. You spread your love all around the world-the US, Canada, the UK and India. We will always miss you in our own special way. You leaving us is so difficult to understand. We need more people who care like you did -- not less. Bhaji was the funniest person we knew. He was a great person. He listened to everything his elders said to him. We will always remember him in our hearts for who he was. Bobby, your warmth, your generosity and affection has turned every moment into a memory that will be told and retold for generations to come. We will miss your laughter that filled our times together. Your spirit is one that will always be with us and will provide us with the strength that you possess. God has portrayed happiness and warmth through Bobby Bhaj. Bobby Bhaji was the greatest big brother. He taught me a lot of things and still had some more to teach me. He always could make you smile. I will always miss him. Bobby- we will always remember your great smile. Bobby- its been a long time, but when we got together, its like nothing was ever missed. You were my older brother. I looked up to you, admired you, and best of all, I loved you. Bobby knew how to make everyone laugh and this was just one of the many things that was special about him.
