<D`ni> Hi all... I'm D`ni. Newest addition to the Crew... and
because is sounded so cool, we now call the group
D`ni &
Co.
<BloodDragon> Is not... it's because our names are too long and
I don't feel like typing that much.
<ChaosDragon> what about CD & Co?
<BloodDragon> You nimrod. That sounds more like a music record company.
<Skyblade> alright you guys, enough is enough. We're here
to try and share our thoughts with these people.
<BloodDragon pokes Skyblade in the eye> Who cares?
<Skyblade clutches his eye> Why you ugly scaled freak!
<D`ni> alright! break it up you two!
<ChaosDragon grabs a bucket of popcorn and sits back to watch>
<D`ni pulls Sky and BD apart and puts them into seperate corners>
<Skyblade grumbles>
<BloodDragon snickers>
<ChaosDragon> so what are we going to talk about to entertain these
folks?
<D`ni> what about our newest theory?
<ChaosDragon> you sure we can explain it well enough to be understood?
<D`ni> well, we can try...
<ChaosDragon> I'll have to remember to get that msg board working
and add a forum just for this ranting section.
So we can find out how many people think we're fools and how many agree.
<D'ni> good idea... now may I?
<ChaosDragon shrugs> you may.
<D`ni>
Alrighty folks... my latest pondering has been a Multiverse Theory.
Now there are several pieces of information that need to be accounted for
before we begin this.
1.) I'm speaking from a somewhat Shamanic viewpoint...
in that there are three major sub-planes to the Astral Realms.
These are the Upperworld,
the Middleworld, and the Underworld.
2.) I have cause to believe that there is a higher
realm than the Astral called the Etheric. The Astral Realm is unique
to
each planet it corresponds
to, but the Etheric Realm is interplanetary and intergalactic (lower and
higher accordingly).
Now that that's out of the way, here is the rough sketch that got me started on this whole idea. (I'd have scanned the original but my scanner was broken a while back.)

^ - These double lines represent the World Tree. The point at which
the three planes converge and may
be accessed from.
It was this small idea the spawned the greater one. If this were
the arrangement of planes for the Earth, how would one be
able to access past lives on other worlds? It was also brought
to my attention that ALL the planes overlapped with ALL the others.
This confounded me greatly until I figured out that there would be a sort
of "medium" for such overlapping to occur. That is when by chance
I happened across the existance of the Etheric Realm. The Etheric
Realm is much like Outer Space. Space contains all our worlds and
many other things, just like the Etheric Plane. Therefore my drawing
evolved into one more like a wagon wheel. With the spokes being in
sets of three (planes), the spokes bisected by the World Tree, and the
outer rim of the wheel being the Etheric Plane itself, linking all the
others together. Now I know this analogy is crude and two-dimensional,
but it is a simple breakdown of something that takes much longer to comprehend
truthfully.
On a more personal note, I attempted to gain the Etheric Plane not too long ago. Not knowing where to begin my search, I began at the World Tree. Still without a clue I simply decided that trial and error would be my best idea. So to clear my mind, I wiped away the "cover" that had been pulled over my eyes. As I swept my hand in front of my face, the Tree dissappeared and I saw a great pillar of light, bisected by an infinite plane of light, and capped with similar planes on each end. This I knew to be the internal view of the World Tree scenario. But it gained me little ground. How would one reach the end of an infinite plane to find the Etheric Plane? (Thinking of the picture of a wagon wheel with the rim being the Etheric Plane.) But then it hit me. The World Tree is the great access point for the Shamans. It is the gate to all things. I decided it worth a try and stepped into the pillar of light. Immediately I knew I had gone the right direction, for at either ends of the pillar was a hole showing was I saw to be as "deep space". I began travelling towards the upper end, thinking the choices even either way. When I was stopped dead in my tracks by an entity. It told me I was not ready to pass this point, that I was incomplete. When I looked down, there was a gaping hole in my stomach. I felt no pain, it was merely as if my stomach didn't exist within the reaches of the hole. I inquired to the speaker who he was (for it was a masculine voice) and he stepped out. I was confronted with a mirror image of my *complete* self. I later found this entity to be my Etheric Double, the perfect version of myself. This double represented the peak of all my hopes, dreams, aspirations, and potential. The double is smarter, faster, stronger, and more powerful than I, but it is possible for me to BE that double one day. Or so I've been told by those attempting to interpret this voyage.
So that is the low-down on my Multiverse Theory. When CD gets the msg boards working, I'd love to hear from you about YOUR opinions on this voyage as well.
<Skyblade> Bye!
<BloodDragon> get outta here....
<ChaosDragon> ttfn! <boingy boingy boingy>
<D`ni> Later!
