Of Nature's Aide...

This theory began with a simple question, and became that much more.

Do animals have the ability to work magick?

The answer is simple: yes they have the ability, but they rarely use that ability.
For Nature provides everything that the animals need, food, shelter, etc... hence
the animals of the world have no need for magick since they are provided for so
aptly.  

Then it occured to me: Why, then, would humans find it necessary to wield magick
if Nature were such a great provider?

Because humans, as a whole, have shunned Nature.  Humanity lives in cities,
soaking up precious resources without too much consideration for Nature or
the Future.  I've said it before, humanity is a paradox.  Humanity can even
negate Nature's providence for Her children by hunting, trapping, poaching,
expanding, clearcutting, mining, and so forth ad nauseum.  In response to this
invasion of her domain, Nature as asserted Herself with the aide of Fate.  Thus,
those who wish Nature's aide, must come to terms with Her, and she will help
them in the wielding of magick to meet their needs.  Her hand will not bend to
any selfish or evil will, but will uplift mightily efforts aimed to the Light.
