Macau
As senhales luminosas com vermelha e amarilha antes da verde

Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China

Macau was, until 20 December 1999, a Portuguese Colony on Chinese Territory. It is now under the control of the People's Republic of China, as a special administrative region, just like Hong Kong, until 2049 when it will revert to complete Chinese control.

In Macau, unlike in Portugal and most of Continental Europe or Brazil, the left hand side of the road is used, just like Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, Mozambique, Republic of Ireland and Cyprus, just to name a few.

In Macau, all traffic signals have red-yellow.
Traffic lights are similar to those from the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden.

I have seen signals only on Macau but not on Coloane or Taipa. I was there for only a day.
