Joyce came to the team 8 years ago as a team mom and was an active member of the Parents Booster Club. She served consecutively as Vice President for 1 year and President for 2 years. She was on staff as Administrative Advisor for 2 years and took the lead role on the Task Force Committee that took the team independent. She has been employed with Aera Energy, a division of Shell Oil, as an Office Manager for over twenty years. She brings her management, public relations and fundraising expertise to the team. She is also the proud mother of three. Her daughter Kristin is a Guardette Alumni.
