To join The Gypsy Elite, you must posses certain qualifications. Just being a Gypsy does not count you see. You must have looks and assets to back it. You need power, class, and to be respected. You need an area to operate in, a major city and you must be age 15 or over. Also, no Route 66...You must have dressing skills. Wal Mart and K Mart shoppers turn away now :-)
