Esther's Vintage Fabrics was founded in 1963 by Esther and Stanley Brahinsky in St. Joseph, Missouri. In the 60's and 70's, Stanley used his artist expertise to start a brilliant assortment of fabric and trim that is now available to you through Esther's Vintage Fabric.
From 2000 to 2003, selected fabrics were available in our Burbank, California showroom. Hundreds of bolts were purchased by film and television studios to replicate mid-century wardrobe and interior design.
In 2004, Esther's Vintage Fabric has reserved its most elite bolts for sale to the public. Every week new bolts can be found at www.EsthersVintageFabric.com.
These are all originals, not reproductions; and include fabulous double knits in brilliant stripes and unusual funky prints. Upholstery includes unforgettable cotton stripes in hot pinks and blues that reflect the political and social volatility of the year. We also have a tremendous collection of ball and cotton fringes.
