Darla chose to stay with Angel and leave the Master. They then left for Naples, Italy. That didn't last too long because in 1765 they were in France. On this occasion they had to split up. But they met again, not much later in Vienna, Austria. Darla seems to have loved Italy. Angel likes the thought of Romania, and if Angelus had any knowledge of it, he probably would not have even thought of going anywhere near Romania. In 1880 They were in London, with Dru. This is where She made Spike. In 1898 they were in Romania, all four of them. Then on Angel's Birthday it was Darla who brought him the Romani Gypsi girl. The elder of the girl's clan placed a curse on Angel to give him back his soul. When Darla returned that night she knew something was wrong. She asked if he had met someone else. When she realized they had givin him a filthy soul, she became angry and disorented forcing him out of the house with threats. Of coarse there were other places they went in their lifetimes together one such mentioned instance was an earthquake in Budapest at the turn of the century. the took people like picking fruit off vines. In 1900 a very soulfull Angel tracked Darla down in China. He stayed with her for a couple of weeks probably. But in the end it was obvious that He could not be Angelus again, and he couldn't kill the innocent. He left and they hadn't seen each other until Sunnydale 1997.
