I will shortly be starting the testing service. Just prior to that
I will be giving it one "last" test. That should start in a few minutes.

To use it to the service your work follow the same procedure as previously
outlined for submitting tests ... use TESTIT to create the "package file"
then mail that file as a TEXT FILE ATTACHMENT/ENCLOSURE.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE is that that you mail to the following address:

        tscrp@moe.acad.humberc.on.ca

If you have previously had a test result then your should be able to
repeat it.

It now accepts UUENCODED mail, but it does NOT accept MIME base64 encoded
mail (and is not likely to in the forseeable future). If, after 4 weeks,
you are still unable to send me a message I can read (i.e. NOT MIME base64)
then I suggest that now would be a good time to get a POP account at
SAACNET (H205) and use Pegasus mail from there. You will also have to
notify me of your new (POP) mail address by sending me ONE email message
with ONE line, containing THREE words, in this format,

        REGISTER_EMAIL ISYS29n-nn abcd1234

(where ISYS29n-nn is the course-id and abcd1234 is your 8-character
email id assigned by the college)

This service runs without human intervention. There are two things you
should note:

This means that there is nobody there to do keyboard input. My assignments
NEVER specify functions which do keyboard input so this SHOULD NOT be a
problem. However, since it has been, I am changing your source code
(automatically) if it does keyboard input so that it does NOT hang the
service. It will not even compile, the error will be obvious.

It also means that if your test goes into a loop then the process will be
killed (automatically) and you will not get a return mail messsage
(neither will I, so there will be nothing to mark).

If you were getting error messages or no response to your testing when
you mailed it to me then you will not get any from the testing service
either.

My next priority is to research all the problems that you have experienced.
I will start with those people whose ISP is changing the return address for
messages.

I will then go on to people who have compilation errors they do not
understand.
