BURMESE BUDDHIST TEMPLE - MALAYSIA
The Dhammikarama Burmese Buddhist temple provides another insight into the diversity of Buddhist worship on Penang. A pair of elephants guard the entrance to the temple. Within the pagoda grounds is a Boddhi tree and a wishing pond. It is the scene of much festivities during the water festival in April. |
