Haruto Houjo is the son of a Minister and lives close to the school. While he wants to grow up and have a totally normal life with a normal school, normal friends, normal dances, normal jobs, and a normal marriage, all his father cares about is if he takes over the church one day. He is constantly trying to resign, the Chairman always thinks of a way to get him to stay in the council. Worst of all poor Haruto can never find any sympathy for his situation. But, even if he could get rid of the ghosts, is that REALLY the best thing?

Mutsuki Asahina is the daughter of a Shinto Priest and also lives close to the school. Mutsuki has a shouta complex, it's like the lolita complex, but for older girls who like younger boys. Her dream is to travel the world first class with lots of pretty little boys. She's in love with Nino-Kun even though he's a living statue *sweatdrop* but that's alright, alls fair in love and war. But... what would she do if Haruto did actually get rid of the spirits?

Kazumi Ryuudo, or as some people call him Kazuo, is the son of a buddist monk and as well, lives close to the school. He's always getting possesed, whether it's by a cat, a dog, or even the pool ghost that pulls people under. He has an obsession with Hanako's, but mostly with the local Toilet Hanako that stays in the bathroom down the hall from his class. To Kazumi, Hanako's exorcism is much more powerful than Mutsuki's. What would happen to our dear Kazumi though, if Haruto got rid of the ghosts?

Hanako-San is one of the most popular school spirits. Of course the guys love her, what guy wouldn't? Little kids love her too, often going to the toilets and asking if she would come out and play. One person who doesnt like her though, her arch rival, Yamiko. Hanako always was better at everything, but can't Yamiko grow to love Hanako-San like everyone else?

Nino, as he is just usually called, is one of the living Ninomiya Sontoku Statues that live at Saitoh High. Mutsuki is just absolutely in love with him, and makes him her personal page, making him bring her iced coffee or making him clean and always making him wear shorts because they're essential pretty boy attire.

The Chairman's real name is Tatsugoro Saitoh, a major occult freak to the core. He runs the school and always finds a way to scare or agrivate Haruto. He loves when Kazumi gets possesed, that way he can take pictures and send them into phenomina magazines and shows.

Red Mantle is a toilet ghost like Hanako. It's said he's a man of great beauty and can make even a grandmother of 80 sweat in a fever for 3 days. He first charms the girls who go into the bathroom and asks them which would they rather have, a red mantle or a blue mantle.

Bones  Suzuki and Haruo  Sato are the 2 spirits that get on Haruto's nerves the most. The technic they use the most is the cossiac dance, which in the end, doesnt help at all. They are both are part of the smae anatomical model, which explains why they come as a pair.

The Giant is the dancing master of the gymnasiam. All you ever really see of him is his feet and pant legs.

Mirror Girl is a kawaii spirit who lives in a mirror.
