Mitch's Mystery Birds 2

Here are some more mysterious birds for you to peruse.
I would greatly appreciate any insights on the identity of
these birds. Please e-mail me with any ideas you may have.
I will periodically add comments or "scores"
on what people think they are.

Here are a few notes on this bird.
My wife described the underparts color I think accurately, as peach.
The grayish nape contrasts with the olive-brown back.
Distinct but very narrow wingbar.
Colored underparts split up center with white, and upper-most breast gray.
Distinct eyeline, and white spot below and forward of eye.
Bill mostly all dark, except limited pale basally.
Photo taken in November.
A Cooper's Hawk made an attempt on the bird
while these shots being taken, and it was never seen again.
Presumed to be an aberrant "eye-browed Robin" ... ?
Amazingly similar to Lars Jonsson's 1st yr male T.obscurus
depiction in his Birds of Europe (pg. 412).
The one thing that screams "Robin" to me is the way
the color ends on the lower flanks, though I
have no experience with this feature on T.obscurus
These are the only two frames I got...
1/15th of a second at f.8, w/500 mm plastic mirror ID ideas: After posting this I received many replies
which mostly stated it is without question
NOT an Eye-browed Thrush. Some however argued vehemently that it was....
It is probably an example of a type of Robin
you should be aware of (since there are
no indications in the field guides of this "form").

This Myiarchus was photo'd in CA in late August.
This is the only frame I got of it.
Anyone think it is an Ash-throated?

There were almost no responses to this Myiarchus
but the few received suggested Great-crested.
I believed the bird to be a Brown-crested
at the time of the photo and to this day.

This Oystercatcher was photo'd on Sta.Cruz Isl., June '01.
Clearly a hybrid beyond limits of frazeri in my view.
That is a black patch of feathers behind the right thigh.
