Banning Park is one mile east of the 110-Harbor Freeway
on Pacific Coast Highway. It is a National Historic site.
The grounds are a completely artificial urban forest,
which is centered around the Banning Residence Museum.
It is probably the best single passerine vagrant/migrant
trap in Los Angeles County.
